Since Dr. Zoidberg here keeps posting houses he gets to walk through, I feel obliged to do the same. This little number is up for next week.

This is actually the 2nd time I’m walking through this little gem. Last time, they sold it damn near fully furnished, with art work on the wall. I could live in the finished basement, no problem. Two bedrooms, full baths, wet bar/kitchen and theater room with “Twilight” ceiling. Not too bad.

“Classy” is definitely subjective, but it is “modern” in an early 2000s kind of way, so the ad copy is honest anyway.

Are you fucking kidding me? That price is the same for a fancy 2bd condo or apartment here in Irvine. Either that or a cookie cutter “house” with about 6 feet between “houses”.

Also, no bowl sinks so that's a plus in my book
